Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear and intimate apparel
  • Items purchased during sale events or promotional offers
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it within 3-5 business days. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). In such cases, we will refund both the product amount and shipping charges.

Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, please contact our support team at support@karmik.shop with your order number and desired size. If the requested size is available, we will process the exchange. If not, we will issue a refund or offer store credit. Exchanges must be requested within the 7-day return window, and the original item must meet all return conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@karmik.shop with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Include the RA number on the package and ship it to the address provided by our team
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@karmik.shop with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. We take quality seriously and will ensure you receive a perfect product.
